BVNA Congress 2025 | Exhibitor Booking and Downloads
BVNA Congress 2024 takes place from Friday 10 October to Sunday 12 October at Telford International Centre, Telford. We are pleased to share with you the event prospectus, floor plan and outline of the Scientific Programme.
Building on the success of our Congress in October 2024, we are delivering a full Scientific Programme in person. We anticipate up to 1,300 delegates over the three day event who will make the most of the CPD, knowledge and product information you will be able to provide!
So what’s new?
- BVNA Congress will return to Hall 3 for 2025
- As in 2024 the exhibition will open at 10am on Friday and Sunday and 9.30am on Saturday. Following feedback from our Exhibitors, the exhibition will close at 2pm on Sunday with the final stream of lectures finishing at 3pm.
- Return of the Practical Zone in the exhibition hall
- Return of the Makers Market
This year, there are new opportunities to be a sponsor partner at a number of additional, featured events that will give you more engagement with delegates – you can read about these new opportunities in the Prospectus. There will also be opportunities to help BVNA Celebrate it’s 60th Birthday, with a sponsored prize draw each month for our members and special events during Congress.
