Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, more businesses have made staff redundant. This can be difficult to go through but there is a process to be followed that ensures employee’s rights at each stage.

Check if your employer has a contractual redundancy policy, they will need to follow this if they do. You should be treated fairly throughout the process.
