We first covered this subject in 2009, but because of the regular number of telephone calls the BVNA IRS Helpline receives on this topic, we have decided to cover it again.

We are asked by veterinary nurses if it is correct that their practices can ask them to pay back their training course fees if they decide to leave their practice because there are not enough training opportunities, or because they are not happy in the practice or they have been offered roles elsewhere.
