BVNA Congress 2025 takes place from Friday 9 October to Sunday 11 October at Telford International Centre, Telford. We are pleased to share with you the event prospectus, floor plan and outline of the Scientific Programme.

BVNA Congress consistently provides the UK’s largest annual event dedicated to the veterinary nursing profession, meeting the varied needs of those working in a multitude of career pathways.

We take pride in bringing the veterinary nursing community together under one roof, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that facilitates quality engagement between delegates and exhibitors. The number of BVNA Congress visitors has been on an upward trajectory each year; with approximately 1,500 visitors to BVNA Congress 2025, we anticipate a greater number in 2026.

This year, BVNA Congress will be following BVNA President Sarah Holliday’s theme of ‘Compassion and Empathy’. Whether towards patients, colleagues, clients, or each other – these are traits which truly underline what it means to be a veterinary nurse. We will be weaving this theme throughout the entire programme of events. At a time when there are enduring pressures on the veterinary profession as a whole, BVNA Congress will provide veterinary nurses with a boost and important reminder of their exceptional contributions to animal and human welfare.

Veterinary nurses are highly influential on decisions surrounding the purchase of products and equipment within the practice and beyond, so BVNA Congress provides an ideal audience to be able to showcase your company’s services.

In 2026 we will introduce an ‘Exhibitor Theatre’ area within the Exhibition Hall, as an opportunity for exhibitors to deliver engaging and informational presentations on their products and services.
