Cats Protection 2nd annual Cat Behaviour Conference is being held online through The Webinar Vet on Friday 24th September.

Can’t join on the day? Don’t worry, you can purchase your ticket in advance and you’ll be sent the link for the recording. The recording will be split into individual talks so you can dip in and out of them easily for six months from the date of the conference.

The conference is dedicated to cat behaviour and is ideal for veterinary professionals, those working in the animal welfare sector and those caring for cats. This year’s theme is ‘In the company of cats’. The day will be focused on feline behaviour, looking at the interactions that cats have with each other and with other species. There will be live sessions, engaging Q&As and a segment focusing on the latest research in this area.

Session topics include:

  • how to train cats and practical application for cooperative care
  • using technology to assess pairs of cats

Speakers include a range of cat behaviour experts, including renowned international feline veterinary behaviourist, Dr. Kersti Seksel and the UK’s Dr. Sarah Ellis.
