It examines common stress drivers within the veterinary workplace, including workload, emotional demands, and organisational pressures. Delegates will learn to identify early warning signs of mental health challenges in themselves and their teams, fostering awareness and proactive support strategies. The session aims to enhance understanding, recognition, and response to stress and mental health concerns, promoting a healthier and more resilient work environment.
