This webinar empowers veterinary nurses to elevate their understanding of what Monoclonal Antibodies are and how they work. Participants will learn about the current Monoclonal therapeutics we have available in veterinary medicine, with a specific focus on the role the veterinary nurse can play in supporting patients who are on these therapies during nurse clinics.

- Understand what Monoclonal Antibodies are: The attendees will be able to explain what a Monoclonal Antibody is at a client level.
- Understand the benefits of Monoclonal Antibodies: Be confident in the reasons why a Monoclonal Antibody may provide benefits to both the patient and the owner, and how they differ from traditional pharmaceutical drugs.
- Utilise nurse injection clinics for Librela/Solensia to improve Quality of Life for the pet: Explain how a multimodal approach including weight management, environment modification and other measures can improve patient outcomes. Utilise materials that are available in these clinics such as OA owner booklets and exercise charts
- Utilise nurse injection clinics for Cytopoint to improve Quality of Life for the pet: At the start of Cytopoint nurse clinics, summarise and agree with owners on the specific skin issues and allergy-related goals to address—ensuring the consultation efficiently tackles pruritus, ear flares, shampoo routines, or other chronic management steps critical to allergy patients.
