
The British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA) has this week appointed Alice Peacock as its Head of Membership. Alice will be responsible for enhancing the BVNA member experience, along with ensuring BVNA membership continues to meet the evolving needs of the UK veterinary nursing profession.
Alice joins BVNA with extensive experience of membership services and customer experience from the fitness industry. She has previously worked closely with members to support engagement, improve service delivery, and strengthen the overall member experience. In her role with BVNA, she will focus on growing membership and improving retention by ensuring veterinary nurses feel the benefits of being a BVNA member, whilst feeling supported throughout their journey.
