BVLGBT+ Does Pride!

BVLGBT+ are going to London Pride on 1^st July 2023! We will be hosting a pre pride brunch at BVA HQ in London from 10am, prior to participating in this years London pride parade.

We have 80 wristbands available to join us in the parade, these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. One application form must be submitted per person.

We also have student travel grants up for grabs. Travel grants are open to LGBT+ students in the veterinary and veterinary nursing professions and para-professions. Please note the following:

• Each grant is up to a maximum of £100 and is to help towards the costs of travel to attend the event

• There are a limited number of travel grants available

• Travel grants are paid out in advance of the event. If you are awarded a travel grant but are subsequently unable to attend, we would ask that the grant be returned so that this can be made available to another student

• Only signed up BVLGBT+ members will be considered for a travel grant. Visit the Become A Member page of our website to sign up.

If you are allocated a wristband and can no longer attend, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible so that we can re-allocate your space!
