Lisa Astbury, 4th year student at Harper Adams is carrying out research on the current issues faced by Registered Veterinary Nurses in the veterinary industry and establish areas that still require the most improvement to retain and improve the issue of nurse numbers currently and in the future.

In addition to this, a further aim is to explore the reasoning behind nurses leaving the profession.
