The ‘Jean Turner’ Veterinary Nurse Ambassador Award 2022

Do you know a veterinary nurse that has been a positive role model and advocate for the veterinary nursing profession? Work colleagues, family and friends can nominate if they are inspired by the nurse’s dedication to the profession.

Jean Turner was a dedicated and passionate veterinary nurse and a BVNA Council Member for many years. Jean was not only a fantastic role model, but also a true ambassador of the veterinary nursing profession, so naturally we felt that the BVNA Ambassador Award should be named after her as a fitting tribute to her legacy.

The International Cat Care and BVNA Above and Beyond for Feline Welfare Award

This award will be presented to a veterinary nurse who has gone the extra mile to improve and maintain feline wellbeing, be that in a clinical or non-clinical environment.
