Why behaviour matters: what VNs/SVNs can do when faced with incivility & bullying
Aim: To discuss the issues that arise out of incivility and bullying in the veterinary practice.
Objective: Attendees will learn some practical steps on dealing with incivility and bullies and also some self-help tools and techniques on what VNs can do when you encounter incivility or bullies.
